How does bad breath develop? Many people think that bad breath is caused by their stomach. This is almost never the case. Clinical research has shown that in most cases (87%!) bad breath originates in the mouth and especially on the back part of the tongue. This part is quite rough and has many grooves in which bacteria can nest. Treatment: 1 or 2 times a day cleaning the tongue according to the instructions on the package. Treatment: In the morning after brushing your teeth and in the evening just before going to sleep, gargle with 15 ml of Halita for 1 minute. Spit out and do not rinse with water.

When does the treatment have an effect: When the Halita products are used in a good way every day, the treatment often has results within a few days. The Halitosis symptoms will diminish and often disappear completely. However, daily maintenance is necessary to maintain this good result. This is because the Halitosis-causing bacteria also return on the tongue every day. Daily cleaning of the tongue with the Tongue Cleaner continues to form the basis for good maintenance. This is supported with the Halita Mouth Spray. With more severe Halitosis complaints, it may be necessary to continue gargling with Halita daily.
