St. John's Wort is a natural soothing herb. The herb is for nerve strengthening and more mental resilience.

This product should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.

Interaction with drugs!
St. John's Wort can affect the action of drugs. St. John's wort enhances the functioning of the liver enzyme cytochrome P450, which some drugs are broken down faster and therefore has a smaller effect.
When using a drug in combination with an agent with St. John's Wort, you are advised to contact your doctor or pharmacist can give you further information or a combination of such interaction can lead or contact.
This applies if you want to start using St. John's Wort, or when you want to stop. Concomitant use of St. John's wort with any of the following medicines
It has been observed that agents with St. John's wort may reduce the effect of the following medicines:

 Inhibitors of the immune system, such as organ transplants and autoimmune diseases: ciclosporin;
Anticoagulants of the coumarin type, such as warfarin (eg warfarin) and phenprocoumon (Marcumar);
Anticonvulsants: phenobarbital and phenytoin;
Bronchodilators: theophylline;
Cardiac glycosides in heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias: digoxin;
Inhibitors of the HIV-virus: indinavir.
St. John's wort may also interact with drugs against depression of the SSRI type. Concomitant use is not recommended.
Concomitant use of St. John's Wort and certain types of oral contraceptives (ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel combination, also known as sub-50) An instance of breakthrough bleeding has been observed. If breakthrough bleeding occurs, there may be a reduced protection against pregnancy.


Initial dose: 3 x 1 capsule daily
Maintenance dose: 1 x 1 capsule daily
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Capsules with water.
